Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The company will not accept any return of products purchased as a gift and the receiving party is not impressed.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Policy

We ensure that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery team.
You can choose not to accept an item on the spot, but you will be charged for the delivery fee.
It is not possible to open products with a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot.
The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Business days are from Monday to Saturday.

Warranty

what does the warranty cover? It covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What does the warranty not cover! -Any problem caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from the defects in material or workmanship
what do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
How long does the coverage last? The warranty period for items purchased at audioquest254 is 1 year from the date of purchase.
what will we do to correct problems? Audioquest254 will either repair the product at no charge , using new or refurbished replacement parts or get a new items if on use within a period of one week
